We are cooperating with local farmers, who primarily run their farms and grow their animals following the ethical farming princips. This mutually trusted cooperation between us, is rewarding in a result of a sustainable way of how we think "great living and eating" should be. 

At "Bauņu Bullītis" Butcher shop the process of beef production and dry aging has been developed since the year 2007. We select the best breeds of cattle for our beef range, whilst accurately controlling every aspect of the production process. Animals are reared on pristine pastures and fattened following a strict nutritional program. We are responsive to the needs of our customers, from wholesalers through to chefs and meal-makers, so everyone can enjoy a product that best suits them.

Boiled sausages


Sausages for sandwiches, breakfast sausages for boiling (wiener, hot-dog, frankfurter, milk sausages etc.).

Smoked sausages


Hot and cold smoked sausages for sandwiches, cooking, BBQ, grilling, charcuterie (salami, hunters sausages, mettwurst, chorizzo style sausages, etc.).

Basturma (pastirma, air-dryed cured meat) 


One of our bestsellers - a delicacy that any gourmand will appreciate! This processing method adds great value to your meat (both - financial and nutritional).

LIVER PATE

Boiled liver pate, with herbs and light seasoning, with added pork fat (if needed) to keep moistness and delicasy of liver mixture.

Beef liver pate, in 200g container, can be poured with rendered beef tallow (like in this photo). 

Liver mixture can be filled in 200g containers or other packaging of your choice.

Jerky

Dried meat chips, made out of a selected lean muscles (like round). Sliced, marinated and then slowly dried in the oven overnight. 

Jerky can be kept in a freezer, for longer periods, or up to 3 weeks in a room conditions (in vacuum packaging). 

Dried (hard) sausages 

This is a really tasty and very popular choice among Hunters. This sausage has a long storage term, and it can be kept in freezer as well as it does not loose any taste and texture qualities. 

Average weight after drying is about 220 grams for a piece.

Dumplings

Each dumpling is filled with tasty meat filling and weights around 10 grams. We have found the right proportion between the filling and dough and they are great for frying and boiling.
